During the technical assistance process, we provide professional development training, modeling of appropriate child/adult interactions, advice related to the set-up of child care in your area, links to community resources, and support and encouragement. Our technical assistance process allows time for learning. You receive all of the resources, information and support you need to facilitate positive professional growth and become the best decision maker for your program-the key to accomplishing and sustaining improvements in your center, group home, family child care home, or school-age program.
