** Before Registering for Training - Please Read **
Online Registration Instructions: Due to a temporary glitch in the online registration system, please follow these instructions:
* If you click on any of the given options and receive an error page, please just click on the refresh "button" and your page should come up (you may have to click on it a couple of times)
* If you receive an error page after putting your information in and the refresh "button" does not work, DO NOT reenter your information - it has been stored.
- if you need to pay for the class you registered for and because of the error page you are not taken to the "Payment link", follow the instructions in the next bullet.
* If you were not taken to the payment link because of an error page or you registered for a class that you need to pay for - please click on the Payment Only link on the lower left side of this page and it will take you directly to the Internet Store - ONLY use this link if you have already registered for a class - paying for a class does not automatically register you for that class.
Payments: To ensure that you have a guaranteed space for trainings, you must pre-pay. If you choose not to pay online, you may send your payments, made payable to QCC, to 50 Exectuive Park South, Suite 5015, Atlanta, GA 30329, Attn.: Sharon Maloney - if you pay online, you receive an email confirmation of your payment, however your registration is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Training Registrar.
Once you register for a training, if you choose not to pay online - you will have a period of one (1) week to pay for the class/es or your name will be taken off of the roster.
Free Classes: Registration for free classes is limited to no more than four participants per child care site. If you register for a free training and do not give 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will not be permitted to register for another free training for a period of one year.
Guidelines: Plan on arriving 15 minutes before the start time of the training. Participants who arrive later than the first 10 minutes of the training will not be permitted to enter and will not receive credit for the course.
To allow for the best training experience for everyone, no children are allowed to come to the training sessions.
