What Other Members are Saying

As a high-quality early learning educator, we often seek resources from the community and the best tools are those that help us simplify our efforts while also extending our impact. The PHR has helped us with cost savings, provided simple and easy to use forms and policies (saving us the time in drafting them) and is one of our top resources for both the business and programmatic side of our work
— Executive Director, Scottdale Early Learning Inc.
Having started at a new school with a staff literally double what I had before AND with tremendous tenure, I was feeling a bit uneasy about supervising and managing this team of early childhood educators. The session today could not have been timed more appropriately. I walked away with pages of notes, people to network with, websites and books to research and great ideas!
— Assistant Director at Dunwoody Prep
I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know how valuable my membership in the Provider Resource Hub has been to me professionally. The D2D meetings are a meaningful support to me as a director of a small half day preschool. This year our enrollment has nearly doubled from where it was a few years ago and I attribute that in part to the resources, support and encouragement I’ve received from you, the Provider Resource Hub and other directors in our group. In addition, the many resources available on the website are a helpful tool for me as a director – from articles on “hot topics” that I can share with parents, to sample handbooks and other management tools.
— Director, Rock Spring Preschool
Provider Resource Hub is an essential tool for directors, administrators, and owners in early childhood education. You get the benefits of support you would have when working for a larger organization, but the freedom to work the way you want to. We at GAEYC think that PRH addresses a need in our field that will ultimately lead to programs being able to provide higher quality care for children.
— Georgia Association for the Education of Young Children
I recently attended a D2D training on marketing and was very, very happy I had the opportunity to do so. It was very helpful and greatly needed to meet with other professionals who could identify with some of the same questions and concerns I had. In fact, we not only presented questions and concerns but also shared some of the joys and triumphs of working with children and their families. What I loved most about the training is the fact that it wasn’t a campground for complaining.

The atmosphere was professional, yet informal enough that I felt comfortable speaking and sharing with others in the group. The information and resources given were well presented and helpful, not just a bunch of information. Laura Newman, the facilitator was so knowledgeable, experienced and easy to talk to. Her calming spirit and positive personality were nothing short of inspirational! Connecting with Laura and the D2D training/support group was one of the best things to happen for me. I look forward to many more.
