Our unique Provider Resource Hub (PRH) online portal, gives members access to a wide variety of ready-to-use documents and templates for all of their administrative and programmatic needs. Available documents include but are not limited to: employee handbook and policies, job descriptions and interview guides, IEP/IFSP implementation plans, ERS checklists, and family handbooks. The site also provides resources for each Quality Rated standard to help you with your quality improvement efforts.
STATE-APPROVED TRAININGS & NETWORKING
In addition to the online resources, your Provider Resource Hub (PRH) membership gives you access to “Director 2 Director” (D2D) training and support meetings. D2D offers free state-approved trainings on business related topics, such as marketing, finances, and human resources, as well as camaraderie, coffee, and conversation. Attendees also receive an array of in depth print resources directly aligned to the topic. Many of those resources are included in the web portal so members unable to attend trainings have immediate access to support.
