Reynaldo Green, VP of Nutrition & Health

Reynaldo Green joined Quality Care for Children (QCC) in 2002 as an Inclusion Coordinator, later becoming the Director of Parent Services. In this role, Reynaldo managed the re-organization and expansion of QCC’s child care referral service to the entire state of Georgia as well as directed programs that included the statewide 877-ALL-GA-KIDS referral call center, emergency child care assistance program, services for Spanish/bilingual parents, and an inclusion program for children with special needs. Additionally, he led the agency through two consecutive Quality Assurance certifications.

Even before QCC, Reynaldo’s professional and personal interests have been focused in the world of non-profits.   Previously he worked with Community Friendship, Inc. and the Brain Injury Association of Georgia.

In his free time, Reynaldo provides leadership and hands-on service to a number of volunteer organizations. He serves as director of Young Men of Excellence, a community-based mentoring program, where he also assists as a personal mentor for several youth. He also serves as vice chair on the board of Partnership for Community Action, Inc.

Reynaldo is a recipient of the 2010 NAACP Thomas C. Wilson Youth Award, and has received four awards from his fraternity in recognition for his work with youth mentoring. QCC awarded him the Innovators Award in 2010 and 2012.

Reynaldo is a graduate of Morehouse College with a bachelor’s degree in art.
