Quality Care for Children offers to administer the program for employers: verifying each provider’s licensing status, collecting the providers’ reports and invoices, keeping the file, and telling you what to pay each facility. If you intend to claim the Georgia credits, keep the payment itself direct from you to each facility, because Georgia requires it; the Guide (Section 14, Step 3) explains the point.
