Quality Care for Children (QCC) — BOOST Economic Mobility Scholarship Program

Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Quality Care for Children at the mobile number you provided related to the BOOST Economic Mobility Scholarship Program.
Messages are transactional and relate only to the program you applied for. They may include:
Updates on the status of your scholarship application
Reminders to finish an application you started but did not submit
Requests for documents still missing from your application
Periodic check-in requests about your employment and other program requirements and renewals
Quality Care for Children does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the text message consent checkbox on the BOOST Economic Mobility Scholarship application form.
The consent checkbox appears directly below the mobile number field, on the Parent Information tab of the application. It is unchecked by default, and you must actively check it in order to opt in. We do not add anyone to text messaging by any other means.
Consent Is Not Required
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for, or of receiving a scholarship or any other service from Quality Care for Children.
You can complete and submit the full application without opting in to text messages. If you do not opt in, we will contact you by email instead.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on program activity, alerts, reminders, and other service-related communications. We send messages only when there is something specific to tell you about your application.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Quality Care for Children does not charge you for these messages.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further text messages. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application or program participation. We will continue to contact you by email.

Your Mobile Information
Your mobile number and your text message opt-in information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to send you the program messages described in these terms.
Supported Carriers and Delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network availability, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
