Description: Early education administrators carry significant responsibility: supporting staff, children, families, and programs while managing constant demands and competing priorities. Over time, this pressure can lead to chronic stress, blurred boundaries, and burnout. Finding the Balance: Stress, Boundaries, and Self-Care for Early Education Administrators is designed to help leaders better understand how stress impacts their health, well-being, and leadership effectiveness. Participants will explore the role of boundaries in reducing stress and maintaining balance, and learn practical, realistic strategies they can apply immediately in both their professional and personal lives.
